INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
- 3 large eggs
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1⁄4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp pure vanilla
- 1⁄2 cup dark cocoa powder
- 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon
- 1⁄2 tsp baking soda
- 1⁄4 tsp sea salt
- 4 tsp Sipology’s Probiotic Boost – Summer Strawberry
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Place ingredients (except eggs) in a food processor and mix until well combined.
- Add eggs, one at a time, pulsing each time for about 30 seconds.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper, then pour in the batter.
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove brownies, let cool then cut into squares. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
