The gingerbread is there, but it isn't quite fudgey enough for me to call it fudge, so I was a little disappointed. For a sweet matcha, I was also surprised at the bitterness. Especially since most unsweetened matcha from Siplogy isn't bitter, and none of the other sweet matchas are bitter.
