Instructions:
For best results, make kombucha immediately.
Place package contents into a 2L mixture (minimum) of brewed kombucha tea and sugar at room temperature.

SCOBY can be refrigerated in the package for later use, but this will place it in a hibernating state and temporarily reduce efficacy.
