INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup non-fat or low-fat vanilla or plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 4 tsp Sipology’s Probiotic Boost – Summer Strawberry
  • 20 pretzels

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix the yogurt, Probiotic Boost and honey in a bowl.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Use a fork to dip pretzels in the mix.
  4. Place dipped pretzels on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze until yogurt has hardened, about 30 minutes.
