Speaking Topics

The Courage to Start

Starting something new takes courage. Whether launching a business, changing careers, or stepping into leadership, the first step is often the hardest. Tonia shares how one small idea turned into a national wellness brand and why the willingness to begin, even without having all the answers, is the most powerful move anyone can make.

Risk, Reinvention & Entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurship is rarely a straight line. Tonia shares the real story of building Sipology from tea parties to a nationally recognized brand, including the experience of pitching the business on Dragon’s Den. Through honest stories of risk, setbacks, and bold decisions, she shows audiences how reinvention and resilience are essential for anyone building something meaningful.

Burnout, Mental Health & Rebuilding Your Life

After years of pushing forward as an entrepreneur and leader, Tonia experienced severe burnout that landed her in the hospital for six weeks. This life-changing experience reshaped how she views health, leadership, and success. In this talk, she shares the lessons she learned about mental wellness, recognizing burnout, and rebuilding life and work in a healthier and more sustainable way.

Hope & Community in Uncertain Times

In a world that often feels divided and overwhelming, hope is more important than ever. Tonia speaks about the power of community, meaningful connection, and creating spaces where people can support each other through challenges. Her message reminds audiences that hope is not passive — it’s something we actively build together.
