I love the kombucha kit you can buy everything to start your own, and the only recommendation I have is to make a small batch, not the full batch to help your Scoby become active.
Once you have a active Scoby, then you can make the full batch
I love it with the green tea and the pineapple sangria for the second brew!!
Also, the longer you let the tea ferment the more bubbly it is! So I like to brew my kombucha for about eight days or nine days for the perfect tartness and bubbliness.
