Medicinal ingredient per 1 stick: Irvingia gabonensis (African wild mango) (1500 mg Dry) (Irvingia gabonensis - Seed), Albumin 7%, 150 mg.
Non-medicinal ingredients: Pouteria lucuma Fruit, Adansonia digitata fruit, Stevia leaf extract, Natural flavours.
Directions: Add 1 stick of powder in 250 ml water. Mix until dissolved.
Route of administration: Oral.
Recommended dosage: Adults: 1 stick (2.7 g) 2 times per day (2 sticks / 5.4 g total per day). Take before meals.
Cautions & warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are breastfeeding or have diabetes.
Contraindications: Do not use this product if you are pregnant.
Known adverse reactions: Stop use if you experience symptoms of hypoglycaemia including feelings of anxiety, dizziness, tremor, sweating, nausea or headache.

Being on WMS, has definitely helped the desire for snacking.
I don’t crave, even think about “I need ice cream” or “I need that bag of Doritos”. It’s awesome! I feel less hungry which is less snacking in general. Consistency has definitely paid off as I feel full quicker and overall just feel good.

Not ‘technically’ overweight to begin with, but could definitely lose a bit around the middle … is where I’ve noticed results. I have a desk job which is not ideal to be sitting all day and the only real exercise I get in a day is going up two flights of stairs to work. I decided to give this product a good test.. sip 2X daily before my two biggest meals. Easy enough. The light peach flavour is delicious and its easy to drink. It took approx. 4 weeks for me to see physical results, but after ten weeks I had lost ten lbs and many inches!! I changed nothing else besides drinking this product. Cravings literally disappeared, and I was just as happy to eat a bowl of fruit as I was my usual snack foods like chips and dips. Its hard to explain.. how you can still be hungry, but not crave the sweets and high carb foods. Its pretty amazing. My bloating disappeared, and I felt great. Will be using this again in the future forsure!! I always trust Sipology ingredients, and this is a TOP product.

Ive been taking management for a while now and actually love it the peach flavour is tasty n im not much of peach lover . The beat is ghat ive found i lost the suger craving in less than a week n i started eating smaller means whoch contributed to losing 12 pounds and 4 inches .
