It’s a 5-minute bowl that actually keeps you full, looks incredible, and gives you that steady energy (shoutout to L-theanine) without the mid-morning caffeine crash. Whether you're fueling up for a long day of classes or just want an aesthetic, high-protein start, this bowl is a total game-changer.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 stick Banana Rum Cake Matcha or any flavour of Matcha you prefer
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt  
  • Fresh raspberries or your fruit of choice
  • Roasted pumpkin seeds & peanuts or Granola or nuts of choice 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Stir matcha directly into yogurt.
  2. Fold in raspberries or your fruit of choice; press against the bowl.
  3. Top with roasted seeds and peanuts.
