INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¾ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp Sipology’s Matcha (flavor of your choice)
- salt, to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Whisk lemon juice, olive oil, white wine vinegar, Dijon Mustard, and maple syrup together. Whisk in matcha. Add salt to taste.
- Add to your favorite salad. Recommended: Romaine lettuce leaves, avocado, carrot, strawberries, nuts, cabbage.
